greenme43 Great points from both Travis and Rose. One thing I'd add, which often gets overlooked in rural areas, is the follow-up after the job.
Rural customers talk, and one happy client can easily turn into three new ones. A simple text or email a few weeks later, asking how everything is holding up, keeps you top of mind, and that's usually what triggers the referral conversation.
Combine that with a solid Google Business Profile and some Facebook group presence, and you've got a simple but powerful local engine.
Show up like a neighbor, not just a business, and rural markets will reward you for it.
If you're not already using Jobber's automated follow-ups and review requests, it's worth checking out. It takes maybe 10 minutes to set up and honestly does a lot of the heavy lifting for you, and if you need any help. Kindly reach out!
