AI seems complicated for the big tasks, I can do little things on there but I am trying to get it to answer my calls and take messages. People say it can do it so I am going to find out and see If I can implement it.

    That is a honest take on the new technology.  Just remember you have to monitor and double check it, it is not human and it does make mistakes. Hopefully you can implement into your process!  Good luck
