I use AI to run mock job scenarios and real-life contract situations. It helps me gain hands-on experience and prepare for real work.

We have implemented a Hiring Agent that helps us with hiring.  Cuts time at least in half for the candidates and for us.  We use Copilot and ChatGPT with social media, communication with the clients and HR. Research is huge on AI.
