Can AI Automatically Draft Invoices?
Has anyone found a way to have AI draft invoices based off of the previous days jobs using local supplier pricing from websites, and draft follow up tasks and quotes from job notes?

yeah i actually built this for my own company and it runs every day. it pulls the completed jobs, reads the job notes, and drafts the invoice straight back into jobber, plus it creates a follow up task and a quote for any extra work that came up on site. everything lands as a draft so i still check it before it goes out. the supplier pricing part was the fiddly bit, what worked was giving it a fixed price list to check against rather than having it read supplier sites live, way more reliable. happy to show you how i approached it if you want
