Do you triage after-hours calls for an emergency dispatch, or send them home to wait until morning?

We run a cleaning business, so we almost never dispatch after hours- we wait until the next morning. Unless a plumbing line broke during a commercial turnover or there’s an active flood, cleaning is rarely a true midnight emergency. We book them into our first priority slot the next business day and protect our team's sleep.
