Do You Use Follow-Up Emails to Keep Customers Engaged?
If so, what do you say in them?

We have a welcome email go out when we add new clients to jobber. It's basically onboarding the client to our systems and the company.
We have a handoff production email that goes out when a quote is approved. This email puts my production co-ordinator and the client in an email together.
