I love this. Being someone that actually built an AI "Receptionist" and used it with several trade businesses, I can say without at doubt that the flexibility can be there, but, there are tradeoffs. With mine, I made it super flexible based on your own business rules and priorities. It could literally have full conversations, but the tradeoff was that there could be some slight latency...meaning....the voice AI would take a second to answer back. I had it dialed in pretty good but some people just are not tolerant of that.
I think we are close with this, but it's still about a year away from being "perfect". The space is evolving rapidly and so I moved to creating far more useful AI powered products but for a small trade business, these receptionists are going to be HUGE.
