I agree that the quality of the work should never change, but the level of service can. Clear service tiers help set expectations from the beginning and make sure customers get the value they’re paying for. It also gives the business a way to grow without promising premium service to everyone at the same price

I agree. Service tiers can prevent a lot of expectation problems upfront.
The customer knows what they’re paying for, and the business isn’t stuck trying to deliver the highest-touch experience to every account regardless of price.
That’s where a lot of service businesses get squeezed. The work quality stays consistent, but access, flexibility, reporting, and response time may need to match the level of service they chose.
