Can I have some examples on what tags are helpful for and why its a good idea to use them? Thanks

I use tags to help with bulk scheduling. If you have recurring jobs set up for snow removal and you want to pull all clients under a certain tag to set a visit for all of them on the same day tags can help shorten the list. For instance different areas could have a different tag.
Tags can also be used if you need to export data, you can choose to export by tag.
Tags are helpful for marketing too you can segment your client list using tags.
