Tell me how you use Jobber in your everyday business?

The more I use Jobber the more I love it. I guess that could be true about anything, but Jobber as a whole is great.

I love that I can create or change a job in basically seconds. I usually get a booking for the next day or day after. I ask the customer for their contact info and address and put in the basic job booking information (mouse inspection, rats, ants, wasps...). When I am on site and have completed my inspection, I can add rodent service, exclusion work, exterior sprays, exterior bait stations, etc. in seconds. No fumbling around, I can do it while I am standing in front of the customer and give them the price right away. And once they agree, I complete the work and send an invoice or collect payment just as quick. The ability to get paid quickly is really professional and amazing!

You can also create Job Forms that give you the ability to create a very very professional and detailed report you can send a client as well. I have had almost every one of my commercial customers comment how professional they look. I even had one heath inspector reach out to me to ask me what I am using to create the reports. That alone was enough to tell me this is the correct platform for me to work on.

It really is fantastic. I can't see myself using any other software.

I find a little bit of backend work makes your life on the road so much easier. Adding line items, descriptions or products you sell to the database allows you to add it to a job in one click. I started looking at how many add on services I did, and that dollar amount was pretty substantial. I owe a lot of it to being able to do it in seconds with Jobber and having it seamless and professional.
