Weather keeps pushing my treatment round — how are you communicating delays to clients?

The weather this season has not cooperated, and my second treatment round is stacked up because of it. The work itself I can manage — it's the client communication load that eats me alive. Every pushed day means messages, reschedules, and people wondering where I am. For those of you running treatment programs: do you proactively message everyone when weather shifts the schedule, or only respond when clients ask? Trying to find the line between keeping people informed and burning hours I don't have on comms.

Maybe a mass email as to why its not advised to apply during poor weather, give them some facts and inform your clients as to why you have to push back the treatments. Give them the information you know and empower them to have the knowledge why rain or wind or too hot conditions can actually be detrimental to your service.
