Hey Travis,
Love the reply ! Appreciate the input. We’ve been doing it for many years. Maybe you can help with How do we accomplish it in Jobber ?

To set this up in Jobber using Good / Better / Best pricing, you’ll want to create a single Quote with optional line items or packages. Here is how it works:
- Create a New Quote for the client in Jobber.
- Add Line Items for Each Option: Create your line items or package groups representing your tiers (e.g., Good / Standard, Better / Upgraded, Best / Premium).
- Mark Items as Optional: Edit the line items and check the box to make them Optional (or allow package selection).
- Send the Quote: When the client opens the quote in the Client Hub, they will be able to select which package/tier they want to approve before signing and accepting.
This lets the customer choose their budget level directly on the quote without you having to send multiple separate estimates!
If you're using the Jobber mobile app, you can do this when drafting the quote by tapping Add Line Item, selecting your service/package, and toggling on Optional.
I hope this helps you with Jobber!!!
