Best advice I can give you is to start with service and repair, not installs. Service calls are easier to get, pay faster, and help you build cash flow.
Focus on being extremely responsive and showing up on time. In HVAC, reliability beats price in the beginning.
Get on Nextdoor and start building relationships with property managers and realtors — they can keep you fed while you grow.
