walletfriendly​ the ability to manually send the review request is still not available. However, the ability to send the review request after a visit, a job, or an invoice is now available!
Here's a help center article on how you can customize that setting for the first message that get sent to your customers. Here's the section you'll want to look at:Choose when to first message your client to ask for a review
From the settings sidebar, select First message to select when a clients will be asked to leave a review. This is based on a trigger, including:
- When a job closes
- When a visit is completed
- When an invoice is paid
