Customer Q: How can I link my Jobber reviews to show up on our Google account?

A: If you are using Jobber Reviews and have connected your Google Business Profile, any reviews your customers leave will automatically be posted to Google. Be sure to complete this set-up so that Jobber can send review requests and collect those 5-star reviews for you! šŸŒŸ

If you are referring to the internal feedback that customers leave you through the job follow-ups feature, this feedback is internal and cannot be made public. 

A good way to remember the difference between the two is that Reviews is for Google reviews (public) and job follow-ups are for internal feedback (private).

    My reviews are not showing up on Google. I had the same issue with Workiz and ended up losing my reviews. Is there a way to send people directly to Google Maps to offer a review through there? I don't trust the process here considering I now have 2 unpublished reviews.

      Hey Jerry! I would encourage you to contact our customer support team to investigate this oneā€”something is definitely off. 

      I did some digging around, and the only thing I found that might be impacting this is that your Google Business Profile (assuming I found the right one) seems to be marked as "permanently closed," and permanently closed businesses cannot receive new reviews.
