I am always so guilty when it comes to technology for only using it for it's basic functions. Luckily with Jobber, the basic functions are literally all you need to run a high performing business. I am wondering however, if anyone uses any features, tools or add-ons that have made a huge impact on their processes?

Are there plans to create a bulk schedule for packaged services? Our standard service schedule varies season to season, with various services being performed throughout the year. The current method of setting this up is extremely time-consuming. Customers are on a 12-month Maintenance Contract with Level Billing Contract Maintenance Services that need to be scheduled: Summer Mowing Spring and Fall Mulch Installation Fall Leaf Cleanup Visits Shrub Trimming and Landscape Maintenance Visits Winter Property Maintenance Visits Irrigation Checks Irrigation Winterization Fertilizer Programs Annual Flower Changes Gutter CleaningCustomer Q: Are there any plans for batch scheduling or templated multi-day job setups?

Right now, Find a Time only factors in employee drive time between appointments and availability. We understand that employee skills and capabilities play a crucial role in making an efficient schedule. We’re working on an update to the new schedule that lets you resize the anytime visits header, giving it more space in your calendar! This new fixed header and ability to resize is rolling out in the next few days, with improvements to sorting and drag-and-drop capabilities coming in March. In the new schedule, you can drag and drop to reschedule visits and arrange anytime visits in your preferred order in both the day and week views. The order you set for visits on a given day will also be reflected in the month view.
