I'm a general contractor with 6 years of experience in the business, starting as a handyman brand, growing into a remodeling company. These days, I help pros with their marketing strategies, operational challenges, and avoiding the same mistakes I made early on!

Judith - [judithvirag​]
17+ years in the cleaning industry. These days I spend a lot of time helping other pros with building their teams and strategic management of the business and I wish someone had told me sooner about how to create culture.

5+ years in pet waste removal, and I've spent most of that time figuring out how to stand out in a crowded market. These days I help pros build authority through content and brand-building. I wish someone had introduced me to direct response marketing a lot sooner.

Travis - [travisshepherd​]
30+ years in facilities engineering and construction management. One year in building my exterior cleaning and painting business from the ground up in Indiana. Ask me about operations, leadership, and what it's like starting over.

Rosie - [roselvaggio​]
I'm a residential and commercial cleaning with (almost) 10 years in the business. I mostly help other pros with culture/retention, systems, and leadership development.

Simon - [TurfT​]
I've spent nearly 20 years across electrical, cleaning sales, and lawn care.These days I help pros build AI-powered systems that handle the admin work most of us are still doing manually at 10 PM. I wish someone had shown me sooner how much time you can get back when your office runs itself.

Cory - [WiringByron​]
I'm an electrician with 18 years in business and I love to help out other businesses with Systems / Tech stacks / Sales and Marketing.

        Thank you so much, Travis! That truly means a lot to me. I'm still learning every day, but this community has been incredibly welcoming and willing to share knowledge, and I'm grateful to be a part of it.

    I wouldn't try to compete with the person charging 1/3 of your price. I would focus on showing clients the value of choosing a professional business—reliability, communication, showing up on time, and providing quality service. The cheapest price isn't always the best service. You may also want to connect with property managers, realtors, landlords, and apartment communities because they may need ongoing junk removal services. Keep going—three months is still early, and you're building your name and reputation.
