  • Release of Liability forms, waivers, and other types of pertinent documents - but done in a way that is streamlined, quick and easy to understand, and then approval by checking boxes, that would unlock their signature on said waiver etc.

Another idea is to incorporate the historical data linked to site visits or completed jobs, and rotate past clients onto a callback list every week, to cycle thru old clientele in an efficient manner; base it off ticket totals, number of visits per season or per year, or even specific geographic areas or neighborhoods.

YES! We are using quotes to get around this now, so the customer can "sign" or "acknowledge a waiver.  Definitely could look better when sent to the customer.

  • If I could hand off one task in my business today, it would be the administrative and organizational tasks—such as scheduling, responding to routine inquiries, organizing documents, and keeping up with follow-ups. As I build and grow my business, I want to focus more of my time on developing my services, connecting with customers, marketing, and creating opportunities for growth. Delegating the administrative workload would allow me to work more strategically and build a stronger foundation for the business.

Ive hired a team of North American dispatchers that help me with this. I get one lady dedicated to my team, she helps me with stuff and has streamlined it well if that could help im happy to share her info. Not sure they have room but I just delegated this stuff last October and Ive never been busier! 12/10 recommend finding an expert to help!

If it were up to me, I’d love to automate follow ups after jobs so that there’s more business later on :)

  • Great question! It would be marketing and lead generation. So, I can focus on scaling.

Collecting would good. Always time consuming and frustrating when the odd client doesn't pay as scheduled

Quoting and estimating hands down. Pulling up job sites on satellite maps, measuring square footage, figuring out chemical ratios, and driving around doing in-person walk-throughs takes up way too many hours every week. Getting that off my plate so I could focus entirely on production and field work would save a massive amount of time.

  • I'd have to agree with Loni, collecting funds from clients is a task I'd like automate.
