What I kept hearing at Jobber Now IRL
I talked to a lot of folks in Austin last week from different trades, sizes, and states—and the same things kept coming up.
- Most people are using about 10% of what AI can do. One owner had no idea it could handle what he'd been doing manually for years. He left planning to rebuild his week around it.
- Everyone knows their revenue. Way fewer know their numbers. Every session on this was packed. Knowing what a slow month really costs was pretty eye-opening to most.
- The business is running out of your head. The project only you can plan. The follow-up that only happens if you remember it. It works… right up until you want to grow or take time off.
Was also great to finally meet folks IRL! Carlo from 59K Lawn Services, Mela from 911Wildlife, who added our longhorn cows to her wildlife selfie collection.
judithvirag and WiringByron, our community coaches here in the forum, were there as well! You might have seen them facilitating networking sessions, recording Masters of Home Service episodes, or sparking convos of their own during the social events.
Whether or not you made it to Austin - what was the highlight of Jobber Now for you?
