Customer Q: ​​When are reviews sent out? Same time as invoicing? Can I turn off review option?

You can choose when to first message your client to ask for a review. This is based on a trigger, including:

• When a job closes
• When a visit is completed
• Whan an invoice is paid

You can also turn off the review option for individual clients.
