Customer Q: Can route optimization use job time to suggest scheduling slots?

Full question: Does route optimization allow us to enter an amount of time for a job, to give us times to schedule clients within a day (not just the order)?

Route Optimization is only available for “Anytime” visits—those that don’t need to happen at a specific time. If you’re scheduling visits that require set times, you’ll want to use our Find a Time feature instead.

Find a Time suggests the best available slots by considering the appointment length, drive time, and your team’s availability, making it easy to schedule efficiently without guesswork.
