Customer Q: If we have multiple request forms, how does the customer choose?
Each request form has its own unique link. When you share or embed a link, it will take the customer directly to that specific form.
Since each form has a unique link, you can embed the correct form in the right place. For example, you might add your Seasonal Services form link on a seasonal promotions page of your website, and keep your Default request form link on your main Contact page. That way, customers always land on the form that matches what they’re looking for.
To get the link, click the three dots (…) beside the form name and select Share links.
