Customer Q: Will I be able to shut off automatic review requests for my property managers?

Yes! You are able to turn off the 'ask for review' toggle on the client page as well as on the workflow page (depending on what trigger is selected). If you are using the invoice workflow, the toggle will also be available on the invoice page.
