It sounds like you're building a strong foundation already. One thing that has helped many growing service businesses is documenting every process as early as possible, even if you're still operating solo. Simple checklists for estimates, job site photos, loading, disposal, and customer follow-up can make it much easier to train new team members later.
I also think investing in an easy scheduling and quoting system before expanding can save a lot of time and reduce mistakes as the number of jobs increases.
