I am in the early stages of launching a junk removal business and am seeking guidance on effective marketing and advertising strategies. Currently, I am focusing on building partnerships with real estate agents and storage facility operators. I would appreciate insight into additional proven methods for generating business, including but not limited to yard signage, social media marketing, and lead-generation platforms or apps. I am particularly interested in understanding which channels tend to deliver the strongest return and how to implement them effectively.42Views0likes2CommentsIndustry virtual networking starting March 17
Update: Our 4-week networking pilot has wrapped. Thank you to everyone who joined! We brought pros together across industries for weekly 30-minute sessions focused on real business challenges, and the conversations delivered. There was strong participation, valuable idea-sharing, and great feedback from those who joined. 👉 The goal was simple: bring a challenge and get ideas from other pros, and that’s exactly what happened. We’re now taking what we learned and determining next steps, with plans to likely bring these back in the future. If you found these valuable, or are interested in joining future sessions, let us know in the comments and we’ll keep you posted on what’s next. Really appreciate everyone who took the time to be part of this!175Views8likes7CommentsHow can I start a junk removal business with little to no money?

I co-own a junk removal company in South Carolina. We have seen fairly rapid growth over the last 3 years and are now looking to create more structure within our business because we are approaching the size where we can no longer handle all of the management on our own. We are trying to write down systems and processes to build an operations manual/playbook, buuuut neither my business partner nor I are gifted with systems/organization/implementation... Does anyone have any good advice on where to start, especially for vision/big picture-oriented entrepreneurs? Thank you!
