I used to manage cleaning crews as a property manager, so I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t.
The most effective training method I’ve found is “See one, Do one, Teach one.”
They first watch a senior tech or myself do the job the right way. Then they perform the job while we watch and correct them. Once they can do it correctly, they have to train the next new person.
We also use a detailed checklist for every type of clean so nothing gets missed.
Training properly in the beginning takes more time, but it saves you a lot of problems later.
