Hey Rafael, another cleaning business owner here!
We have always had luck with Indeed, but have a recruiting company manage the application process (HireBus specifically)- it dives a little deeper than the traditional Indeed app/resumé route. We have also used WootRecruit in the past as well.
we do have an employee referral program, but the general consensus is our technicians don’t want to risk recruiting an unreliable employee (I can appreciate that). My longest-standing employees have been referrals from previous employees.
Outside of these, we have used Facebook local job postings- these don’t always bring in the best candidates, or they don’t qualify. I do believe we have 2/26 employees who did find us this way.
