  • As we all know, this could be absolutely life changing money. It could put a lot of us in a position we could only dream we would be in a year or more! I am proud that I made the time to really self-reflect and think about each question for hours before I answered. It made me think a lot about my company, even if I don't receive this grant. Where I want to be, how I want to grow, my goals for the future and most importantly how I can improve.

I was going to make a post about this asking, IS MONEY THE ONLY THING HOLDING YOU BACK? Or did the Jobber Grant application open your eyes to things that you could fix without it? Actually, that sound like a great post now that I look at it...

For me, yes—the funding is honestly the biggest thing holding me back right now. I already have a clear vision, a business plan, and a roadmap for how I want to build and grow my company. New ideas are constantly coming to me, and I know exactly where I want to take it. Right now, it’s about having the resources to execute.

This application also pushed me to think even bigger. I’m now considering converting my LLC into a C-Corp so I can eventually bring on investors, issue shares, and build a company that’s designed for long-term growth. Whether I receive the grant or not, the process has definitely strengthened my vision and made me even more determined to make it happen.

  • I like this I would fall into the middle of yes and no its funding is holding me back.  I work a 9-5 to fund my business, but sometimes it can get hard . I want to be able to expand my horizons and completely change directions.

The application yes did further me becuase this is the first time me actually doing something like this. If I don’t get it . I’ll continue pushing my business and grow at a different pace . But I’ll still congratulate every winner . And keep everyone in prayers and their businesses.

I respect that. No matter the outcome, I think this application challenged all of us to think deeper about our businesses and where we want to go. Wishing you nothing but success. Hopefully we’ll all be celebrating each other’s wins, no matter what path gets us there.
