How do businesses handle different tax rates when working in multiple areas?

What does everyone do to make sure they are using the right tax rate when you are **bleep** business all over the place.  We use QuickBooks that does it for us so when it integrates its all messed up if I don't stop and look it up but if Im going to do that I mind as well just use QuickBooks.

  • Hi! The tax sync between Jobber and QuickBooks is a known headache, especially when working across different zones. We are building a "Pre-Sync Validator" that automatically flags tax rate mismatches before the data hits QuickBooks, so you don't have to look up every single rate manually. It basically does the "double-check" for you. We are looking for a few owners who use QuickBooks to test this module—any interest?
