How do I find a great executive assistant?
I own a concrete business in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA. I have struggled so much to find and hire the right executive assistant. What are some tips I should use when looking for the right person?

Have you considered hiring a recruiter? They do all the hard work for you and are likely to match you up with the right candidate.
Look to college theatre stage hands or Seminary students. They can make anything happen, and are likely to not have gainful employment post-college.
Also, if you're willing to hire part-time, there are tons of underemployed parents that are staying at home with their kids that are smarter than you.
These seem like pithy comments, but I've seriously used both tactics to great advantage.
