What is the best way to generate leads for Audio/Video & Home Theater clients who own Luxury Homes?

I currently have a few realtors and a builder I work with that are steady, but am looking to grow and expand. I'm looking for tips on how to expand my reach and get a more steady pipeline of clients.

  •    Hello,

I would try using a go pro edited videos while hiding the wiring at some points of the processes not divulging all of your trade secrets.    Most of all show the finished jobs and in various angles.

Having a few realtors and a builder sending consistent work is actually a great foundation.

If you're looking to grow, I'd focus on doubling down on what's already working. Ask yourself where those relationships came from and look for similar partners, more realtors, builders, property managers, and other professionals who regularly interact with homeowners.

I'd also make sure you're staying in touch with past clients. A lot of businesses chase new leads while overlooking referrals and repeat opportunities from people who already trust them.

The most reliable pipelines are usually built through a combination of strategic partnerships, referrals, and consistent follow-up rather than relying on a single lead source.

  • I would imagine this is a high end service that most people treat as a luxury rather than a necessity. If you have a Google page and an ad campaign going, you can adjust your parameters to only target people with higher household incomes. You can also change what ZIP/Postal Code you want to target so you can pinpoint higher end areas of your town.

I would also consider going to home shows, trade shows, advertising in flyers or brochures in higher end furniture shops, boutique shops, new condos (you can catch people during the initial spending of moving in to a new place),
