2 WAY SYNCING WITH QUICKBOOKS NOT WORKING

    Hey Jonathan! Thanks for the post. 

    The QuickBooks Integration was redesigned to improve sync errors and incorporate more self-serve features for solving sync errors. In order to achieve this, the sync is now a true one-way sync. 

    I can understand how this change may impact your workflow. Our Success Team would be happy to give you an overview of how the new QBO—Jobber integration can work for you. Regarding inventory tracking, there is some information here on using QuickBooks inventory tracking with the new integration; however, I would recommend chatting with our team to find what works best for you!
