Bulk Messaging

Hey everyone! I know jobber has a client communications feature with one of the paid plans, but does that feature include bulk email and text messaging to clients? I find myself often using MailChimp to send out emails but I would rather have Jobber create a feature where I can email and text clients all at once or based off of their tag. For example, when it snows we do snow removal. I would like to send out a bulk message to all our snow removal clients what time we plan to dispatch. Or another example, when it rains, I would like to send out a message to our clients that we will be rescheduling due to the weather. Does anyone have any feedback? Thanks!

It allows you to set precise parameters like reaching past clients who haven’t worked with you in over 12 months, all clients, or clients with upcoming visits. The ability to track metrics like open rates, click rates, and—most importantly—revenue generated from these campaigns makes it a powerful tool for nurturing leads and boosting sales.

    While Jobber doesn’t currently offer a bulk text feature, there are excellent alternatives for that functionality. Tools like Text Magic, Constant Contact, or Call Multiplier can help you manage bulk text messaging effectively and complement your email campaigns, ensuring you stay connected with your clients across multiple platforms.

    Hey Aiden, thanks for the question! Our community member Fred is correct. Jobber's marketing tools include the ability to mass-email through our Campaigns add-on, but it does not include SMS at this time. I am more than happy to submit this feature request to our Product Team.

      I agree, mass texting should be a part of the plan that i pay so much for. I pay for the highest tier everything. In addition to mass texting, attaching photos from phone to a text message should be added. I have been contemplating swithcing from jobber becuase other platforms offer both of these now and for less money.

    We have transitioned to Jobber campaigns from Mailchimp and find it works much in the same way, with one less step, we don't have to import emails & tags from jobber. That one less step makes it more efficient and is most cost effective also.
