Central Place for communications

Jobber provides a part CRM feature. The part that is missing is that any replies received from our customers do not go into their Jobber record. It will be great if Jobber can step up their game on the CRM side and allow all emails and SMS replies to come back into Jobber and provide one place to manage all communications

    Thanks for the suggestion, Jaco! I think some other folks could benefit from having email communication in Jobber as well as sms. 

    A workaround I can suggest in the meantime is to take a screenshot or add a note to the email summary on the client's page in the internal notes section.
