At what point did growth become less fun?

Every revenue milestone comes with new challenges. More employees, more compliance, more overhead, and more responsibility. The problems don’t disappear, they just get more expensive. For me, it was realizing my finances were a mess and I had to stop treating the business like a personal piggybank. I’m curious to hear everyone else’s!

I think the biggest shift is when you realize revenue and profit aren't the same thing. You can be busier than ever and still struggle if you don't know your numbers. That's a lesson every business owner learns sooner or later.
