Our score came in at 84 out of 100, mostly due to a few lower reviews. I’ve been thinking about how we can tighten that up, and I want to build a more solid system around review generation. I’m looking to integrate Jobber’s review request feature, but also build something of our own alongside it — maybe a branded follow-up or a custom landing page — to create a more consistent and personalized review experience. The goal is to build a stronger review base and get ahead of those one-off low scores.
