Our score came in at 84 out of 100, mostly due to a few lower reviews. Iā€™ve been thinking about how we can tighten that up, and I want to build a more solid system around review generation. Iā€™m looking to integrate Jobberā€™s review request feature, but also build something of our own alongside it ā€” maybe a branded follow-up or a custom landing page ā€” to create a more consistent and personalized review experience. The goal is to build a stronger review base and get ahead of those one-off low scores.
