I was happy to get a 90 out of 100. I am thankful for the encouraging tone with the personalized summary and recommendations. I will continue to encourage positive Google reviews, hopefully to grow from 39 to 50 by end of summer. Also, I will aim to create more targeted seasonal promotions, hopefully that will increase my bookings and conversion rate.
