You can find SDS sheets on the manufacturer’s website or through your janitorial supply company, especially for products you use often. Just search the product name followed by “SDS” and double-check that it matches the exact product you're using.
It’s a good idea to keep a printed binder with all your SDS sheets in each janitorial closet so staff can access them quickly if needed. If there’s a safety officer onsite, they should also have a binder or PDFs emailed. Make sure to update your SDS sheets at least once a year, or anytime you switch out chemicals.
To stay OSHA compliant and keep your team safe, it would be helpful to complete OSHA 10 and Bloodborne Pathogen certification. We're OSHA 30, but OSHA 10 is a solid starting point.
