How to start a mobile mechanic business with little money or equipment?

julie​ Yes I am and also a dealer for AMSOIL products. So I mechanic on vehicles and I also sell oil and car care products to garages or individual people that want to purchase them. I am struggling to get started I also am wanting purchase a service truck or a tow truck or both but can’t manage to get a small business loan here in Kentucky.
