Managing office staff
Hello! We are a residential cleaning company and wanted to see what your office staff set up is and what are they responsible for? When do you decide to expand and hire more management roles? Thank you

Hello! We have an office manager that's responsible for the schedule and client communication. I don't see the need for us to expand any further than this right now, but I guess once my plate gets full and we can afford to.
