Due to some life events, I am moving my business to a new location. This is exciting for me because with these life event changes, it gives me an opportunity to pursue my business full time.
My goal is to build a new client base and grow my business in my new location. I feel good about it, as the population density is much greater and I will be able to focus on my business rather than work around a full time job. I will spend the next few months marketing and gaining my new client base. Using Jobber to grow, which has already helped in my current location.

One goal for 2026:
Acquire one new business for the portfolio

I want 2026 to be the year where the business truly runs on systems instead of personalities. That means clean job costing, predictable marketing, leaders who own outcomes, and a team that doesn’t need me in the middle of every decision. Big picture, I want to scale profitably without sacrificing family, health, or culture and help other service business owners do the same by showing what actually works, not just what sounds good.

Engineering for success 🙌 Measuring success and productivity is so helpful both as a leader observing and a team member wanting to do good work.
