The most challenging part of my entrepreneurial journey over the past 19 years, has been keeping myself motivated day in and day out on a consistent basis.
Learning how to manage myself and not the business has been the hardest part.
I’ve learned that having a consistent routine and bite-sized goals keeps me motivated and on track.
Routine and small daily steps is my formula as well. Looking at the big picture can feel paralyzing some days, so focusing on the 2-3 tasks I need to get done keep me focused and moving forward.
