I would say over the past twenty nine years in business. The biggest challenge has been finding employees that want to continue on with your dreams and goals. Yes, i've found many that have stayed with us. But it's hard to always find those new ones to have the same goals and values as u. Sometimes you want people to come in and do what is right. But a lot of times it's hard to find that person. There's many ways to hire the people and many of different hiring companies to go through. But I always feel like it's a hard thing to find that right employee for my business.

I completely understand where you’re coming from. Finding employees who share your values and are committed to the long-term success of the business is a huge challenge. It’s not just about hiring someone to do a job; it’s about bringing in people who truly believe in what we’re trying to build. I’ve found that over time, the best employees are those who genuinely fit with the culture we’ve created. It’s not always easy to find that perfect match, but when you do, it makes all the difference. It’s important to keep searching for that right fit, even if it takes time. Have you tried any specific strategies or approaches to make the hiring process more effective?”
