Great question.  Here is my list, for context we are a 24 staff residential cleaning company:

  • Hired a part time office admin that turned into full time
  • Hired a part time supervisor that turned into full time
  • Hired a sales rep part time for now
  • Working with a marketing company on our marketing strategies
  • Implemented a hiring system with AI
