Who in your company could replace you and what would you need to teach them today?

also can't really advise as i'm not big enough, but I hired an ops manager this year. its been a huge relief. i was commited to my basement office for years stuck at the computer desk in the cold. my biggest recommendation is to hire people that can take work away from you. its not worth losing your sanity and family over. others can help you with your business even if you think that you can't ever step away.
