Great question. I’ve been working with contractors across the country, and I’ve seen the same pattern again and again:

It’s not usually a lack of talent.
It’s a lack of structure.

Most fail because they never:

Learn how to price properly
Understand their financial foundation
Build systems that let them scale
Or confront the mindset that’s keeping them small
