I want to figure out a way to bring in re-occuring revenue. We do pretty much all "one off" jobs even though we have lots of repeat customers. All our jobs are essentially custom. We do have good profit margins (as long as nothing goes sideways) but I'd love to have some things that we could depend on for revenue. THe fluctuations in work volume are definitely felt by my coworkers. We are a remodeling company so I'm having a hard time finding an offer that's compelling enough for someone to join. We had a membership for a period that was essentially just a percentage off jobs but the only people that use it are people about to book a big job so we end up taking a hit initially. That being said, our two remaining members have never cancelled so we still have that going for us. lol
