Right Sizing Staffing

We have a steady stream of business from property management companies and just hired a second full time tech to compliment another one plus several part time "per diem" staff. We know each tech can generate a multiple on their loaded costs to the company, but my concern is the overhead for office staffing. 

We struggle with consistently reaching break-even and passed through a 15-20% price increase last August after a market study. I am owner, not operator, but my operations manager explains all of the manual work they go through to get and submit estimates, scheduling and invoicing and it seems way too much, which requires way too many hours of overhead that impacts profitability.

I am looking for someone who we can talk to in a similar field to help us see how we are not using Jobber efficiently or correctly and hopefully automate more of the manual and very time consuming manner the work is requiring.
