How much do you currently pay for a virtual assistant?

I would like to hear more about hiring a virtual assistant, currently our entire team is remote (except for the cleaners)

Depends where you hire them from.  Hiring overseas can be very cost efficient.  The key is training for them.  I have hired from the Philippines and I paid 500 CAD per month for full time.  The duties were very basic.  I have heard $8-10 per hour USD as well.

      I advertised on Indeed specifically in Manila the capital city.  You can change where you would like to advertise your job ad.
