Should You Let Your Employees Take Their Work Vehicles Home?

I’m not at the company vehicle stage yet, but this made me think about having the policy in place before handing over the keys. I like the idea of allowing take-home vehicles only if there is secure parking and no personal use. It seems easier to set the rules early than fix problems later.
